Date	Event
32800 BTC	Force "discovered" on Tython (36453 BBY) Philosophers and scientists from several star systems gathered on Tython to share mystical knowledge. The Force was discovered.
22100 BTC	The Force War on Tython (25753 BBY) Several Tythonian scholars began using their knowledge of the force to pursue power. A conflict ensued which destroyed Tython.
22130 BTC	The Jedi Order is established Peace-minded scholars and monks who survived the explosive Force War on Tython relocated and established the Jedi Order.
21400 BTC	Founding of the Republic (25053 BBY) The development of hyperdrive expanded the known galaxy. To keep order, several star systems formed a democratic alliance.
21300 BTC	The Jedi join the Republic (24953 BBY) Though much remains unknown, sometime during this period, the Jedi Order swore loyalty to the Republic.
3347 BTC	The 2nd Great Jedi Schism (~6900 BBY) When a small group of Jedi discovered greater power was available from the force, a conflict arose and many Jedi were exiled.
3247 BTC	The First Dark Sith Lords on Korriban Exiled dark Jedi landed on Korriban and became rulers of the native Sith. They began expanding their empire.
1347 BTC	The Great Hyperspace War (5000 BBY) In a massive war, the Sith sought to destroy the Republic and kill the Jedi. Defeated, only a small number of Sith survived.
1251 BTC	Resurrection of the Sith Empire (4904 BBY) After fleeing into deep space, the remnants of the Sith Empire began rebuilding their civilization and plotting revenge.
347 BTC	The Exar Kun War (3997-3996 BBY) Corrupted by the spirit of an ancient Sith, Jedi Knight Exar Kun sought to kill or corrupt every Jedi in the galaxy.
311 BTC	The Mandalorian Wars (3995-3964 BBY) Mandalorian Invaders defeated the Republic in battle until rebellious Jedi disobeyed the Jedi Council to enter the war.
303 BTC	The Jedi Civil War (3959-3956 BBY) A fallen Jedi Knight named Revan redeemed himself by defeating Darth Malak in his efforts to take control of the galaxy.
103 BTC	Peace for the Republic Two centuries of peace and prosperity allowed Republic to make progress in political stability and technical advances.
28 BTC	Onslaught of the Sith Empire (3681 BBY) After a millennium in exile, the Sith Empire launched a surprise attack against the Jedi and the Republic.
18 BTC	The Battle of Bothawui Bold strategy and heroic sacrifice halted the Sith Empire's advances and restored Republic hopes during a legendary battle.
14 BTC	The Empire changes strategy Frustrated by a series of Republic military victories, imperial intelligence adopted new tactics to force an end to the war.
8 BTC	The return of the Mandalorians (3661 BBY) A new mandalorian army materialized in alliance with the Sith Empire and blockaded the Republic's most critical trade route.
7 BTC	Mandalorian blockade is broken (3660 BBY) Succeeding where the Jedi had failed, a convoy led by Mirialan smuggler named Hylo Visz broke the mandalorian blockade and restored the Republic's trade route.
0	The Treaty of Coruscant After decades of war, the Sith Empire sacked Coruscant and forced the Republic into a painful peace treaty.
