Although nothing is confirmed yet, it is likely that the Kotor online will be somewhat similar to Star Wars Galaxies. That being the case the following species have high chances of being playable and will almost certainly be in the game.

• Trandoshan
• Twi'lek
• Wookiee
• Zabrak
• Chagrian

• Togruta

The following species also have high chances of appearing, but most will probably not be playable.

• Selkath
• Quarren
• Rakata
• Jawa
• Tusken
• Kel'dor
