Rakghouls are the most vicious and dangerous creatures on all of Taris. Little is known of their history. All of it’s known is that before Taris’s destructuion, the Rakghouls became a terrible plague infecting a great number of outcasts.
To be transformed into a Rakghoul a individual needed to be bitten by one. After that, the poison would spread through the body making the person uncomfortably hot. A sense of burn grows inside until the time of the transformation which is instantaneous. Rakghoul are said to be extremely fast and strong. Despite that, since their skin is viscous they can be easily cutted with a vibroblade or any sharp weapon.
In KotOR Online, it’s supposed that if they are to be seen at all in game, then, although it won’t transform the player into one of the vicious abominations, they might lend the player into a poisoning state.
