The Chagrians are an aquatic species from the planet champala. They have skin colors of all shades of blue, as well as two protrusions on either side of their heads called lethorns. Males also posses two horns on the to of their heads. The Chagrians are a peaceful and law-abiding people who are usually only want adequate food and shelter.
